WOUND CARE
poor circulation can affect healing - l

Wounds can be expensive, frustrating and debilitating if they don't heal quickly. Certain diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus can affect blood supply, making wound healing a real problem.

This model of healing laser is used by NHS Doctors to treat non-healing ulcers and pressure sores in a public London training hospital. K-Laser has specific wavelengths of light that encourage cell growth, stimulate blood vessel formation, and boost oxygenation of the tissues, meaning it is excellent at helping wounds to heal in a unique way.

Treatments are carried out aseptically and are normally painless (there may be tingling). Depending on the size and length of time that you have suffered with it, wound healing times are normally decreased by more than 50%.

In a published pilot study, 85% of ulcers that were unhealed with conventional methods after 8 months were cleared after 8 weekly sessions of K-Laser. For more research please follow this link and click on 'wounds'.

With your permission, I prefer to discuss your care with your Nurse or Doctor to establish the best treatment course for you. Please call me to arrange an appointment, which can be at your home.

Let's help get you back on your feet again & back to the activities you love.
