Useful for any condition, to help sleep or just for wellbeing, Reiki heals where your body or mind dictates. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, aides healing of trauma and energy blocks. Works best where you are most relaxed. Lockdown has meant only distant Reiki is available at this time however it is still effective. Unconditional Love transcends all, including space and time. I am an effective channel for energy work as I have been working Spiritually for 19 years. I have adopted the lifestyle most suited to Lightwork, such as practicing veganism and meditating daily. The level of healing is up to you, whatever you choose will be the best for this present moment. If we can please have a chat over Zoom or the phone just to connect initially, and then we will arrange a set time to have the session. Late evenings work well for me as I do my own hour-long meditation normally around 9pm, so you can relax in bed and let the Light do its work!
