Service Description

This treatment allows 50 minutes of laser time, suitable for most conditions of a complex nature as covers 6 - 10 areas of approx 150cm2. I find the combination of Massage & Reiki with the laser maximises the benefits. The laser heals nerves and tissues in a unique way to any other therapy, boosting natural healing mechanisms and resetting over-sensitised, maladapted nerves, offering pain-free, drug-free pain relief and reduction of inflammation. The K-Laser has a huge range of applications, from back pain, neuropathies, bursitis, osteo & rheumatoid athritis to fibromyalgia. Each protocol is tailored to your exact needs. We will work out a holistic approach together to maximise the benefits of the scientifically proven laser, which will probably include treatment of the nerve roots within the spine and compensating muscle groups. A diagnosis from a suitably qualified practitioner will help us with this, especially for conditions such as back or joint pain. Response times vary; the more we can create a healing environment with good nutrition, correct posture etc the better the response. Conditions that have lasted longer than 3 months will need at least 8 treatments to reach a significant improvement in symptoms. For example, enough of a drop in pain levels where you can effectively incorporate a muscle strengthening program (from your physio) for long term management. Pain relief is normally felt after 1-4 sessions. Once completed, monthly top ups with the laser may be required, but we will let your body’s response lead the way.
