True healing comes from deep within us, but sometimes, we need some help accessing it.

Reiki/energy work puts us back in touch with our inner light, our True Being. You may think of it as pure, unconditional Love, the highest vibration of the Universal energy that surrounds and holds us where we are in time and space. Working with it opens up the floodgates to much greater intelligence. Animals know this already and are highly receptive to energy work.

 

Channelling Reiki, or Universal energy in a trained manner, allows restoration of the default setting of innate joyfulness.

To explain further, our physical bodies also have emotional, mental, ethereal, and energetic bodies of many layers visible to some people. Traumatic events, daily struggles and life situations can leave us with energetic imbalances in the energy flow within these layers, leaving us feeling exhausted & disorientated, buried under all this 'stuff'! Sometimes the imbalance is so marked, it gives physical symptoms such as pain or disease.

Pain is complex; long term pain especially so. Treating pain with medication only works on the physical body; to treat the imbalance in the emotional or mental energy field, I can hold space channelling the highest intent in order to help release it. Everyone can do this to some degree, often when we accept certain lessons from the pain, however sometimes the imbalance can be so deep we may become 'stuck'. This can limit our full capability, creating repeating patterns of behaviour or injury and surface as 'unwanted behaviours', or acting out.

Balance can be restored.

I have been working with Reiki & Spirit since 2003 and now walk the path of the Master level training I completed in 2005. I've worked with a Shamanic practitioner intensively for over 12 years, also with Mayan, Essene, Native American and Christ energy practitioners, learning constantly. I choose a lifestyle that facilitates the highest energy flow; vegetarianism, minimising toxins such as alcohol, meditating every day, and attending regular spiritual workshops, attuned to the Earth energies & cycles. This makes me a very effective channel for Source. and I can humbly facilitate the highest level of healing as appropriate.

I can also connect remotely with permission, in meditation.
